Transformations
Before
Great-Grandma died and left a house full of stuff for her daughters to take care of. Opening each box, going through each bag, the daughters kept exclaiming "Oh Mama why did you keep this?!?"
After
I helped the daughters clear out the house so they could finally sell it. With the proceeds they were able to take a very special trip together, and kept exclaiming "Thank you Mama for the cruise!"
Before
This family was fortunate to receive in-home hospice care for their dying mother. There were so many complicated emotions after she died, and the family members were so overwhelmed, that they had to just close the door and leave the room essentially as it was when hospice left.
After
We processed the emotions as we processed the stuff; we prayed and sang and cried. I praise God for the forgiveness and healing that happened in this sacred space. The mother had wanted this room to be a peaceful retreat, and we were able to transform it and truly make it so.

This woman's pantry/ utility room was making her life harder, as she navigated becoming a full-time caregiver for her aging husband.
After
"This has made a bigger difference than I could have imagined!" We transformed the room into a functional, joyful space that makes her life easier.
Before
She had to shuffle things around to use the fridge or get into the closets, and it was hard to find what she needed each day.
After
Now it's easy to use all the appliances, it's easy to find things, and the snowman teapot makes her happy each time she comes into the room.

This homeowner had a small narrow path into their home; they needed to walk sideways to get through.

We cleared multiple paths where the homeowner can walk comfortably.
Before
Storms had caused water damage that the homeowner couldn't get fixed because no one could access the area.
After
We cleared a path so repair people could access and fix the damage, and so that regular maintenance could be performed on the major household appliances.
